With over two decades of leadership and management experience, Jovan is a powerhouse in the mortgage industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge that spans multiple markets across the United States. As the President of Pinnacle Home Loans, he leads with purpose, passion, and precision — guiding his company much like he does his own "home team." His “home team” includes his college sweetheart, two daughters and a son, all three of whom are elite college athletes, Jovan’s family exemplifies his commitment to discipline, hard work, and excellence.
Jovan has built a reputation for leading high-performance teams, fostering a culture where people, culture, and technology drive success. He provides unwavering support to help his employees achieve their best, empowering them to grow and succeed. As Senior Vice President of Production at Pinnacle Home Loans, Stacey Fleece leads with a rare combination of strategic vision, financial expertise, and a deep commitment to the success of both her team and the clients they serve. With over two decades in the mortgage industry—and a background in hedge funds and investment analysis—Stacey brings a unique lens to home financing, viewing it not just as a transaction, but as a key component of long-term wealth building.
A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Stacey understands the complexity of personal finance and the power of real estate as a wealth-generation tool. She leverages that insight to coach and develop Pinnacle’s loan officers, empowering them with tools, strategies, and support to grow their business, serve their communities, and elevate the client experience.
Under her leadership, Pinnacle continues to expand its market reach, strengthen its culture of excellence, and deliver on its mission to provide customized, client-first lending solutions. Her production background and award-winning career as a loan officer give her the credibility and firsthand experience to mentor top talent and implement growth strategies that work in today’s dynamic housing market.
A proud USC Trojan and University of San Francisco alum, Stacey has called the Bay Area home for over 20 years. When she's not building high-performing sales teams, she’s often on a hiking trail, volunteering in her community, or hosting the InspiHER’d podcast—where she shares the stories of women making an impact in the world. She also serves on the board of the Sparkle Foundation, a nonprofit supporting single mothers and their families.
Stacey is married to a celebrated basketball coach who has been inducted into two halls of fame and now works as an athletic scout and consultant. Together, they have two children: a son living and thriving in Chicago, and a daughter entering her senior year at Tulane University in New Orleans.

Based in the heart of Spokane, Washington, Keeley shares her home with her husband and two sports-obsessed kids who keep life lively and full of action. When she's not in the trenches of loan files or cheering from the sidelines at her kids' games, you can find her perfecting her golf swing or soaking in the stunning views of the Pacific Northwest skyline from her deck, cocktail in hand.

Executive business partner, chaos-tamer, and culture-shaper — Priscilla is the heartbeat of Pinnacle Home Loans. With over a decade in the financial services industry, she wears many hats: overseeing onboarding, driving marketing initiatives, managing tech and operations, and serving as the president’s trusted right hand.
She’s the ultimate blend of grit and grace — organizing C-level calendars by day and hiking California trails on weekends, all while managing a wild tech stack and a house full of love (and fur). Her heart is as big as her German Shepherd’s bark, and just as curious. Priscilla is married and the proud mom of two sons — one gearing up for his senior year and the other preparing to head off to UC Santa Cruz. A yoga-loving, candy-snacking, scary-movie-watching Bay Area sports fan, she brings high energy, creative strategy, and a whole lot of heart to everything she touches. Whether she’s crafting a social media plan, solving the impossible, or welcoming new hires with warmth and purpose, she brings structure, sparkle, and serious hustle.
